About Us
Happy Church Eldoret has its humble beginnings at Eldoret Cinema in June 1991.The ministry was started by Bishop Boniface N. Runji and his wife, Rev. Dr. Catherine W. Runji. At the time of Church inception they were both involved in regular employment in addition to the church work.
Evangilistic and discipleship strategies were put in place which has seen the church grow. As the work grew, branches were started in Eldoret town and its environs. Happy Church Eldoret is part of the Happy Church Ministries International, member of Kenya Evangelical Alliance. This is a Charismatic/Pentecostal congregation with lively worship.
Bishop Boniface Runji is also the Presiding Bishop of Happy Church Ministries International.
We are actively involved in missions and we have a great burden for the youth. We are Biblically conservative in matters pertaining to family values.
As a new member, you will be encouraged to enroll in our Bible Class where you will be nutured and trained on the fundamentals of Christian faith. After that, you will be guided on choosing a ministry that suits your gifting.
